Quick scans run on a fast, inexpensive model and stay free. Deep scans use the strongest model, which costs us real money per run, so they are paid or limited.

Questions about payment

Why aren't deep scans free?

A deep scan of a medium-sized project with the strongest model costs us between $0.30 and $1 in model fees, about ten to twenty times more than a quick scan. Charging for them keeps quick scans free for everyone.

What happens if a paid scan fails?

If a one-off deep scan cannot be completed, for example because the repository became private or too large, the payment is refunded in full automatically and you get an email about it.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open the project's manage page and go to billing. In the Stripe billing portal you can cancel, change your card and download invoices. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the project also cancels the subscription.

Is Pro per project or per account?

Per project. There are no accounts: each enrolled repository has its own manage link, and its subscription is tied to that project.

Do you support private repositories?

Not yet. Only public repositories can be scanned for now. Private repository support is planned.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cards and the wallets Stripe offers in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices are in US dollars; your bank converts them if needed.
